Americans Charged by Egypt in Case Against Nonprofit Groups Depart the Country

Seven Americans who had been stuck in Egypt left the country on Thursday, American officials reported, as Egypt lifted a travel ban imposed as part of a politically charged criminal case against four American-financed nonprofit groups here.
